New slipcover for our big couch

Guest post written by Val Hughes

We've had our big couch for a few years now and it's easily the most comfortable couch that I've ever sat on in my life. But the thing is that I've gotten so sick of the loud floral print and want a change. So I decided to make a new slipcover for it in a more neutral colored fabric.

I went online to try and come up with a pattern or directions for how to make a slipcover. While I was online looking that up, I ran across the website www.ClearWirelessInternet.net and after I read through it a little bit, I decided to sign up for one of the internet packages that I found on that website.

I found a pretty good pattern and took the measurements for it. Now I'm just working on finding the perfect pattern for it. I'm thinking about chocolate brown, which is pretty classic and will go with the rest of our decorations anyway. I'll just have to find some accent pillows that will match the slipcover and the rest of our dŽcor.
